Cancellation Right

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods.

If your order request has not been delivered (up to 48hours before due delivery date) we will refund your account fully, via the original

means you paid by.

If the item is delivered then you have 7 days to cancel your order, there is however a 35% re-stocking fee & £46 carriage charge.

Items must be in perfect condition, when we collect the items, before we can refund your remaining payment.

Damaged Items
Please check your items for any defects BEFORE YOU CUT & BEFORE THE KITCHEN FITTER ARRIVES.

We will replace any damaged items (no quibbles). But we are unable to replace any damaged items if they have been cut or drilled in any way. You have 48 hours to report any defects.
